Guila is something of a "company controller" at RMR. She is the levelheaded one. On a daily basis, she is both accounts receivable and accounts payable. She works with bankers and oversees our insurance plan, pension plan, and payroll. Guila tells us when we can buy new tools (toys) and how much we can spend. She looks after the financial future of our company and keeps a friendly watch out for the employees. You will also find that Guila covers other company duties when needed, such as, phones, lunch and scheduling. On the lighter side, she plans our parties, takes care of the coffee droid, and listens to each and every one of us complain about each and every one of us. One might say that Guila is our own cross between Alan Greenspan and Counselor Troy of the Starship Rocky.
